Carolyn Lee Clark, 61, Fayetteville, died Jan. 22, 2010. She was retired with 30 years of teaching at the Church Street Elementary School in Riverdale. She was a member of the Riverdale Ladies Auxiliary of the VFW, 30th Infantry Division of the Ladies Auxiliary, the Ethel Taylor Circle at Fayetteville First United Methodist Church, Kappa Kappa IOTA National Teacher Sorority, MU Conclave, and was a retired member of the NEA and GAE, Fayette County Retired Educators and the Georgia Retired Educators.

Services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with the Rev. Mark Westmoreland and the Rev. Dr. Larry Wilson officiating. Interment was at Pleasant Grove Methodist Church Cemetery, Riverdale. Survivors include her parents, Thomas and Arnisteen "Ernie" Clark, Fayetteville; and her closest friend, Betty Ann Hatten, Brandon, Miss. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
