Marie Elizabeth Hutlas, 56, Peachtree City, died Dec. 14, 2009. She lived to make other people happy by always putting others first. She was a school volunteer and member of the PTO, a soccer mom and a member of the Peachtree City Youth Soccer Association. She took time to work with the Girl Scouts and for the past five years she worked for the Canongate Golf Clubs. Services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with Pastor Miriam Beecher officiating.

Survivors include her husband, Eric Hutlas, Peachtree City; daughters, Danielle and Erica Hutlas, Peachtree City; brothers, Robert Kobes, Zigmund Kobes and Charlie Kobes; sisters, Helen Kobes and Krystyna Tompkins; mother-in-law, Audrey Hutlas; and brother-in-law, Brett Hutlas. Memorial donations may be given to the American Heart Association. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Peachtree City, was in charge.
