Sinclair Systems comes to PTC_smaller

Another new company has chosen Peachtree City as a solid place to do business.
Sinclair Systems, located in the city’s industrial park, prints produce labels for packing houses from northeast Canada, down to Florida and as far west as Texas.

The company is occupying 10,000 square feet of space in Dividend Center 2 on TDK Boulevard. Sinclair chose Peachtree City due to its strategic location among east coast customers and key vendors in the local area.

Among those vendors is Label Vision Systems, a company located on the northern edge of the industrial park.

The company is starting its local operation with 10 employees working one print line. There is room to expand to three print lines and hire up to 30 more people, officials said.

Sinclair Systems President and CEO Bill Hallier was on hand for the ribbon cutting ceremony and following a ceremonial ribbon cutting the company cranked up the press line for its first run of produce labels.

Hallier was welcomed by Peachtree City Mayor Harold Logsdon, Fayette County Chamber of Commerce President Virginia Gibbs, and representatives from the business community.

“Sinclair is very fortunate to have built a team of experienced, highly talented press operators, supervisors and other production personnel at this new plant,” Hallier said. ”It’s important that we can continue to meet – and exceed – our customers’ expectations for providing the highest quality food-safe produce labels available.”
