Fred H. McGonigal, 76, Newnan, formerly of Elmer and Gloucester, N. J., died Nov. 17, 2009. He was a graduate of Gloucester High School, and served 4 years in the United States Navy, and was a veteran of the Korean War. He was a retired CRNA who practiced 32 years at Elmer Community Hospital. He was most recently a member of the Peachtree Wind Ensemble. Services will be this Saturday, Dec. 5, 2009 at 2 p.m. at Peachtree Christian Fellowship, 640 Ebenezer Church Rd. Pastor David Liebe will officiate.

Survivors include his wife, Peggy McGonigal; children, Steve, Anita, and Sandy; five grandchildren; and a brother, Earl McGonigal.
