Peachtree City Library CLOSED Friday, December 4, for power outage

There will be another planned power outage on Friday, December 4, for Georgia Power to complete the repairs following the accident on December 1. The outage should only impact the Municipal Plaza, and not affect area homes and traffic signals.

The Peachtree City Library will be closed all day on Friday due to the power outage. Library staff asks patrons to hold off on returning books until Saturday, December 5, if at all possible. There is a one day grace period on all overdue items.

Both the Tyrone and Fayette County public libraries, also members of PINES, are open on Fridays.

The Library will reopen for normal business hours on Saturday, December 5, at 10 a.m.
