Lois Baker Manning, 93, Fayetteville, died Nov. 23, 2009. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lansing Ford Manning. Graveside services were at Chattanooga Memorial Park with the Rev. Burt Jones officiating. Survivors include a son, Lewis "Joe" Manning, Manassas, Va.; daughters, Lansie Manning, Fayetteville, and Mary Crews, St. Mary's, Ga.; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a sister, Ruby and William Elay, Red Bank, Tenn. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
