Despite heavy rains mostly all day yesterday and through the overnight and early morning hours, no significant flooding incidents have been reported in Fayette County.

The storm is believed to have brought about four inches of rain in a 24-hour period. But tropical storm Ida, while soaking the ground, so far hasn't caused any havoc.

There is a flood warning today for Line Creek due to the excess water being channeled through storm drainage systems.
