Tommie S. Clark, 87, Fayetteville, died Oct. 26, 2009. She was preceded in death by her husband, Preston Lee Clark, and daughter, Darlene New. She had worked for First National Bank, later it became First Atlanta Bank and then Wachovia for 16 years. She was at the West End location and was known to co-workers and customers as "Tillie the Teller." She loved to read, take walks and spend time with her family.

Memorial services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with the Rev. Owen Kellum officiating. Survivors include sons David and Linda Clark, Fayetteville, and Larry Polk, Woodstock; a daughter, Connie Clark, East Point; 11 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
