Virginia E. Westerfield, 74, Fayetteville, died Oct. 27, 2009. She was preceded in death by her parents. Services were at the Fayette Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Cliff Haddox. Interment was private.

Survivors include her husband, Royal A. "Roy"' Westerfield, Fayetteville; sons, Robert R. and Carmen Westerfield, Molena, Royal J. "Roy" and Donna Westerfield, Zebulon; daughters, Terri L. and Ken Kellerman, Fayetteville, and Nancy E. and Val Harrison, Corunna, Ontario, Canada; grandchildren, Matthew and Jennifer Kellerman, Griffin, Patrick Kellerman and Zachary Westerfield, both of Colorado Springs, Colo., Kenny Kellerman, Fayetteville, Lauren Partain, Sharpsburg, Nicole Partain, Emily Harrison, and Christopher Dalton, all of Ontario, Canada, Maria Westerfield, Molena, and Katie Dublin, and Chase Dublin, both of Zebulon; and Alex Westerfield; great-grandchildren, McKenzie Kellerman and Madison Kellerman, both of Griffin; and brothers, Ed and Bernice Duthaler, Peachtree City, and Bob and Mary Duthaler, Highland Lakes, N.J. Memorial contributions may be made to the Fayette Presbyterian Church, Fayetteville. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
