Sara M. Warren, 77, Fayetteville, died Nov. 1, 2009 after a long and courageous battle with Parkinson's disease. She was dental hygienist and had practiced that profession for over 30 years. She was a lifelong Methodist with a deep and abiding faith. Since 1976 she had been a member of the Fayetteville First United Methodist Church and the Fellowship Sunday School class. Services are today, Nov. 4, at 2 p.m. at the Fayetteville First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Mark Westmoreland, the Rev. Bob Partridge, and the Rev. Lowell Hale officiating.

Interment will be at Westminster Memorial Gardens, Peachtree City. Pallbearers will include Lt. Mitchell Warren's Fayette County Fire & Emergency Services and her Sunday School class. Survivors include her husband of 54 years, John W. Warren, Fayetteville; sons, Phillip and Debbie Warren, Suwanee, and Lt. Mitchell and Trish Warren, Fayetteville; grandchildren, Josh and Jennifer Warren, Julie and Josh Roberts, Benjamin Warren, Lindsey Warren, Justin Warren, and Jonathan Warren; great-grandsons, Briggs Roberts and Beck Warren; and a sister, Dot Montgomery, Knoxville. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayettevile, was in charge.
