Roy H. Waters, 76, Fayetteville, died Feb. 11, 2006. He was born Sept. 10, 1929 in Fulton County. Services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with the Rev. Glenn Stringham officiating. Interment was at Fairview Memorial Gardens, Stockbridge. Survivors include his wife, Mary Waters, Fayetteville; sons, Rickey and Cindy Waters, Hiawassee, Rodney and Janice Waters, Locust Grove, and Ray and Crystal Waters, College Park; daughter, Jane and Paul Gardner, Fayetteville; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a brother, Paul Waters, Clarksville. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, was in charge.
