Patricia Leary Warren McMullan, 75, Sharpsburg, formerly of Peachtree City, died Oct. 17, 2009. She was born March 29, 1934 in Minneapolis, Minn., daughter of James Donald and Dorothy DeForest Leary. She was preceded in death by her second husband, James McMullan, whom she married in 2000, brothers Donald and Tim Leary, and a daughter-in-law, Laura McDonald Warren. She was graduated from Edina High School and attended Carleton College and the University of Minnesota. Here she met and married David Warren in 1955. She was a premier quilter and countless family and friends cherish her gift. Many people were recipients of her hospitality as she opened her home to friends during times of need. In May her family give her the gift of a trip to Ireland in celebration of her 75th birthday. Services were at Christ the King Charismatic Episcopal Church with interment at Westminster Memorial Gardens, Peachtree City. Survivors include sons Bill and Princell Warren, Newnan, Matt and Beth Warren, Carrollton, and Ted and Louise Warren, Edmonds, Wash.; a daughter, Terry and Lee Heyward, Germantown, Wis. and 13 grandchildren. Memorial donations may be made to Christ the King Church. Carmichael-Hemperley Funeral Home, Peachtree City, was in charge. login to post comments |
