Gracepointe plans Harvest Carnival
Gracepointe Church in Peachtree City will have its free Harvest Carnival on Friday, Oct. 30, beginning at 6 p.m. The event will feature lots of candy, food, games, activities, and fun for the entire family. Gracepointe is at 665 Ga. Hwy. 74 South, Peachtree City.

McDonough Rd. schedules Fall Festival
McDonough Road Baptist Church will hold a Fall Festival Saturday, Oct. 31, from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. on the front lawn of the church, 352 McDonough Road. Children’s games and lots of candy will be featured, along with the traditional cake walk and hay ride. Admission is free and the public is invited. Call 770-460-5423 for more information.

Edgefield will have Fall Festival Oct. 31
Edgefield Baptist Church will have its Fall Festival Saturday, Oct. 31 from 1 until 5 p.m. Parents are invited to bring their children out to enjoy an afternoon of fun. All Saints Harvest Fest set for Oct. 31
All Saints Anglican Church of Peachtree City will put on a “Harvest Festival” benefit Oct. 31, from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. at its new home at 225 South Peachtree Parkway. Homemade crafts, jewelry, cakes, hot dogs, popcorn, and soft drinks will be available for sale.Proceeds from the festival will go to the All Saints Youth Ministry and the church building fund. Flat Creek’s Harvest Fest is Oct. 31
Flat Creek Baptist Church will celebrate Harvest Fest Saturday, Oct. 31 from 6-8 p.m. The free event will feature games, candy, inflatables, cake walk, hot dogs, trunk-N-treat and more. Flat Creek is on Flat Creek Trail between Ga. Highway 54 and Tyrone Road.

New Hope Baptist plans Fall Festivals
New Hope Baptist Church plans Fall Festival at both North and South campus locations, on Saturday, Oct.31, for preschool through sixth grade children. The festivities will begin at 4 p.m. and end at 7 p.m. with Trunk & Treat starting at 5 p.m. and ending at 7 p.m. Activities will include inflatables for all ages, cake walk, clown shows and food court. Halloween with a twist at NFUMC
This year’s Halloween Outreach at North Fayette United Methodist Church will collect food for hungry families while providing fun for children on Halloween, Saturday, Oct. 31, from 5 - 7 p.m. Those attending are asked to bring canned goods or other non perishable food items that will be collected and given to Fayette Samaritans. Costumes are encouraged. Hot dogs and soft drinks, “Trunk or Treat,” and carnival games will be available. North Fayette United Methodist Church is at 847 New Hope Rd. Woolsey Baptist Fall Festival is Oct. 31
Woolsey Baptist Church’s annual Fall Festival will be Saturday, Oct. 31, from 4:30-7 p.m.and is for all children through sixth grade. A hot dog supper will be served under the pavilion from 5 - 6 p.m. Other features include inflatables, popcorn, Trunk or Treat, cake walk, games and candy, hay ride, and face painting. COS calls special congregational meeting
Members of Christ Our Shepherd Lutheran Church will assemble in a called congregational meeting on Nov. 1 after the 11 a.m. worship services to consider a range of options to respond to controversial actions taken at the ELCA National Assembly in August. The church is on the corner of Peachtree Parkway and Ga. Highway 54 in Peachtree City.

Hatcher to be honored at Edgefield

Dinner, auction, set at New Hope
