HeartCry, a ministry of New Hope Baptist Church, will present its 9th annual ”2009 Harvest Classic Footsteps for The Orphan 5K Race, Walk, and Kids Fun Run” Saturday, Nov. 7, at 8 a.m., at New Hope Baptist Church, 551 New Hope Rd., Fayetteville.

The race is open to runners and walkers of all ages and begins at 8 a.m. The Kids Fun Run begins at 8:10 a.m.

Registration fee for adults is $20 and children, $15, prior to Oct. 31. Registration increases to $25 for adults after that date. Family discount rates are available with early registration.

A Pasta Dinner and Silent Auction will be held the evening before, Friday, Nov. 6, at 6:30 p.m., same location, lower level, in the Rainbow Room.
