The Upscale Resale Shoppe to benefit Southwest Christian Care has opened in Newnan. The shop will offer high quality merchandise at affordable prices specializing in new and gently used women’s, children’s and men’s clothing and housewares.

“The Upscale Resale Shoppe will offer merchandise well above what you expect to find in a typical thrift store. Our new locations will have more of a ‘boutique’ feel, and patrons will enjoy a warm and friendly Christ-focused atmosphere which, hopefully, will encourage repeat shoppers,” said manager Burch Wright.

All proceeds from The Upscale Resale Shoppe benefit the ministry of Southwest Christian Care.

“Our resale stores are important sources of income for the Southwest Christian Care ministries”, states “Because all Southwest Christian Care services are provided at no cost to patients and their families, we must generate additional operational income as the community need for our care increases,” said Southwest Christian Care Board Chairman Bob Dixon.

Upscale Resale is located at 31 Market Square, Suite 105, in Summergrove.

Donations are being accepted at both locations of gently used clean clothing for women, men and children, accessories (jewelry, shoes, purses, etc), furniture, household items and decor, books and working electronics. Arrangements can also be made for pickup of furniture or larger items by calling 770-897-9822. All donations are tax-deductible.
