Betty Louise Wood, 81, Fayetteville, died Oct. 8, 2009. She had worked at Kroger and retired in 1989. She was member of Woolsey Baptist Church. Services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with the Rev. Clay Edge and the Rev. Chuck Chambers officiating. Interment was at Camp Memorial Park, Fayetteville. Survivors include a brother, James and Alice Callaway, Fayetteville; and sisters, Gladys Smith, McDonough, and Mary and Ralph Rafferty, Eatonton. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
