Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Eager of Destin, Fla., and Dr. and Mrs. Eugene Jackson of Hawkinsville announce the engagement of their daughter, Christina Ashley Jackson, to Dustin Stewart Peppers, son of Mr. and Mrs. Terry Peppers of Tyrone.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Lenora Thompson of Cuthbert and the late Earl Thompson, and Mr. and Mrs. Gene Jackson, also of Cuthbert. She is a 1998 graduate of Randolph Southern and a 2003 graduate of Georgia Southwestern University where she received a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She was a member of Kappa Delta sorority. She is employed as a registered nurse at the Medical Center of Central Georgia in Macon. The future groom is the grandson of Mrs. Barbara Brown of East Point and the late Robert K. Brown, and Mrs. Clara Peppers of Tyrone and the late Leonard G. Peppers. He is a 1999 graduate of Sandy Creek High School and a 2004 graduate of Georgia Southwestern University where he received a bachelor’s degree in marketing. He attended GSW on a baseball scholarship and was a four-year starting left fielder. He is employed as a sales representative with Kesslers Team Sports. The wedding will be March 4, 2006, at New Hope Baptist Church in Fayetteville. Following a honeymoon in Breckenridge, Colo., the couple will reside in Byron. login to post comments |
