To apply skills learned while completing a unit on graphing, the second grade students in Ms. McCawley's class at Oak Grove Elementary set out on a mission to find the most popular Skittle throughout the school. The students provided every grade level with samples of the candy, then visited each class where they conducted a survey to find the favorite Skittle. After compiling the information and recording the results using various types of graphs, the information was displayed on a wall in the school cafeteria. It turns out that red is the favored color for Skittles at Oak Grove.
