Lt. Col. Ed Guilbert of Peachtree City received the "Member of the Year" award from Lt. Col. David Shelby of Senoia, commander of the Peachtree City - Falcon Field Composite Squadron of Civil Air Patrol, at the unit's recent Annual Awards Banquet. Lt. Col. Guilbert, a member of CAP since August 2004, was recognized for his "outstanding work as recruiting officer" of the local squadron.
