Landmark Christian School Principal Wayne Brantley recently announced that seniors Ashlyn Bozeman and Hayley Carson have been named Commended Students in the 2006 National Merit Scholarship Program. Bozeman and Carson are among 34,000 commended students throughout the nation being recognized for exceptional academic promise. Although they will not continue in the competition for Merit Scholarship awards, commended students placed among the top 5 percent of more than one million students who entered the 2006 competition. Both students are residents of Fayette County.
