Mrs. Rebecca Kimsey of Fayetteville announces the marriage of her daughter, Mary Grace Kimsey, to Benjamin August Richter, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Richter of Dallas, Texas. The bride is also the daughter of the late Timothy Kimsey.

The couple was married May 30, 2009, at Briarlake Baptist Church in Decatur. Dr. Keith Moore and the Rev. Kyle Dunn conducted the ceremony.

The bride was escorted by her brothers, Tom and Jonathan Kimsey.

Joy Kimsey, the bride’s sister, served as the maid of honor.

Bridesmaids were Bethany Arndt, Britney Barentine, Julee Guinn, and Meredith Kitchens. Lillie Lanier served as the flower girl.

Trey Guinn, the groom’s friend, served as the best man. Groomsmen were Dusty Carlton, Jason Hoard, Weston Richter, and Greg Rowe. Jackson Weaver served as the ring bearer.

Following a honeymoon to the Maya Riviera, the Richters now reside in Decatur.
