Peachtree City residents can use the Internet in a variety of ways and in some cases avoid a trip to City Hall or the recreation department for example.

At its main web portal, www.peachtree-city.org, the city offers online registration and payment for recreation classes, a process that includes no additional charges.

Also the city allows people with traffic citations to pay them online as long as they don’t require an appearance in court.
The city also maintains its job listings online as well.

Residents may also sign up to subscribe to email alerts of the agendas for the City Council and Planning Commission meetings as well as the city’s weekly “Update” electronic newsletter.

The fire department also has a link where residents can apply online for a residential outdoor burning permit.
To access these and other online services, visit www.peachtree-city.org and click on the link for “online services”.
Among the city’s other services are downloadable forms and publications including a 22x34 inch map of the city in the searchable PDF format.

Citizens can also download forms that can be filled out and brought to City Hall including:

• A request for a sign permit

• A request for a tree removal inspection permit

• An application for garage/yard sale signs.

The web site also provides a wealth of information about the numerous events that take place in the city. The tabs at the top of the page open menus with a lot of choices.
