Rayburn Gray’s house used to be 20 feet from the Chattahoochee River. Flooding upstream during the past week brought the river near the dead end of Bob Brewster Road out of its banks with a record high of 29.84 feet and left Gray’s house partially submerged. As many as 10 homes and residential structures were affected in north Coweta.
