Flat Creek Baptist Church has planned several special events for Sunday, Oct. 4, beginning with a special guest speaker during the Sunday School and worship hours and ending with two piano concerts scheduled for 3 and 6 p.m.

Murray Tilles of Light of Messiah Ministries in Atlanta will speak on “Israel and the Middle East” at 9:30 a.m. to all adult and youth Sunday School classes and again at 10:45 a.m. during the morning worship service.

Tilles will explain how the conflict in the Middle East ties into Biblical prophesy and its relevance in the world today.

At 3 p.m., the church will present “Grand Piano Praise,” a concert featuring the music of six grand pianos. The concert will also be presented at 6 p.m.

Flat Creek Baptist is on Flat Creek Trail, between Ga. Highway 54 and Tyrone Road, about halfway between Fayetteville and Peachtree City. For more information, call the church office, 770-487-4890.
