First time home buyers can learn timely information about home buying by attending a free Homebuyers Seminar to learn what it takes to help make the dream of home ownership a reality.

The event, sponsored by The Home Source Realtors’ Vickie Butler and Ann Hargraves, will be Saturday, September 26, from 10 - 11:30 a.m. at Absolute Lending and Mortgage in Fayetteville.          

Featured speaker will be Arnold Martin, president of Absolute Lending and Mortgage. In addition to information about the home buying process, seminar topics also will include federal and state tax credits, special loan programs, and down payment assistance programs.

Each participant will receive a free Homebuyers Toolkit. Light refreshments will be served, and door prizes will be awarded.
