Erik Schlappi of Troop 181 in Peachtree City received an award from Mayor Logsdon in reconition for his Eagle Scout Project at the Peachtree City Council Meeting.  Erik designed, planned and supervised the construction 30 walking sticks for PTC CERT and a picnic table and serving cart for the Peachtree City Police Department.  Erik, his fellow Scouts and Scout Leader were recognized for their contributions.  Pictured here are Erik Schlappi, Mayor Harold Logsdon, Police Chief Skip Clark II and Major Mike Dupree of the CERT Team at the Police Department.  Troop 181 is sponsored by Kiwanis Club and meets at COS Lutheran Church in Peachtree City.
