Georgia Military Reform School?I didn't know the military ever had "reform schools," as Morgan says. That title doesn't seem to jive---maybe it was once a civilian reform school? Scoundrel is a mean word but I suppose it fits some people. A dishonorable miscreant fits many of the Wall Street people nowadays (all days come to think of it)but I never knew that anyone associated with the development of PTC exactly fit that description. Apparently we also have many of them in Georgia running banks. We yet have about 400 more not even worthy of being bailed-out! That is greed however not scoundrel worthy. One more point of amuzement or amazement, maybe: There is a medium sized shopping or office center on 54---crammed onto a bank with no back entrance, corner of 54 and Grady--very near the west side of the Fayetteville. It is completely empty and has been for a long time. We seem to have maybe several hundred store fronts to either rent or foreclose upon and let rot in Fayette.
