Southern Belle Farm has busy fall planned

Just when you think you’ve seen it all….you haven’t.

Southern Belle Farm will soon open for its fall season where they host thousands at their farm for some good ole’ Family Fun Down on the Farm! There is a seven-acre Atlanta Motor Speedway Cornfield Maize design, a pumpkin patch, a pedal kart track, a kiddie korral, hayrides, a cow train, farm animals, a corn cannon, pig races and more. There is something fun for farm visitors of all age.

Southern Belle Farm will be open weekends Sept. 19 - Nov. 1, Saturdays from 10 a.m. – 10.p.m. and Sundays from 1 – 6 p.m.

Special events in october will include Scout Day at the farm on oct. 3, Bluegrass & Bonfire on Oct. 10, Farm Heritage Day on Oct. 17 and 24 and a costume contest on Oct. 31.

Southern Belle Farm is a 200 acre working farm in McDonough, Ga. in the Atlanta metro area. The former dairy farm is now operated as an Agritourism Farm, open to the public seasonally. During the fall season the farm is geared toward education and family fun with the many activities that make a day at the farm one to remember.
