Mr. and Mrs. James M. Brandtjen of Peachtree City announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Casey Ann Brandtjen, to David Andrew Brown, son of Ms. Nada Marz of Tallahassee, Fla., and the late Leland Brown.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Valdosta State University with a bachelor of fine arts in mass media.

The groom-elect is a graduate of Valdosta State University with a bachelor of education and is a teacher and football coach at Woodlands High School in Henry County.

The wedding is planned for September in Dahlonega.

Following a honeymoon trip to St. Lucia, the couple will reside in Kennesaw.
