Safety patrols at Peachtree City Elementary School received their official belts and badges this week during a special meeting in the Media Center. Fifth grade students who are selected as members of the safety patrol must demonstrate exemplary behavior and maintain excellent grades. These students work each morning and afternoon to keep the hallways safe and clear, to help students safely enter and exit their vehicles, and to assist faculty in monitoring student behavior at release times. Safety patrols are sponsored by Lori Langbehn, Susa Ensell, and Karen Oot.
