Carol Jean Williams, Peachtree City, died Aug. 15, 2009 after an extended illness. Services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with the Rev. Eddie Thomas officiating. Interment was at Westminster Memorial Gardens, Peachtree City. Survivors include her husband, Robert Edwards Williams Sr., children, Alita and Willie Lamar Hightower, and Robert Mianardo and Kelly Williams; grandchildren, Willie Jamar Hightower, Britney Sierra Hightower, Devin Hightower, Robert C. Williams IV, LaDonna Patrice Williams, Carolyn G. Williams, and Kelyn A. Williams. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Peachtree City, was in charge.
