Parks & Mottola Realtors, along with Neighborhood Community Bank (NCB, formerly Newnan Coweta Bank), will host a free Homebuyer’s Seminar Tuesday, Feb. 21, at 7 p.m. All attendees will receive a complimentary 27-page home-buying guide plus numerous other helpful handouts, all theirs to keep without cost or obligation. Great for first-time buyers, move-up buyers or downsizing buyers, this free Homebuyer’s Seminar will cover commonly asked questions all buyers have including: • How much do I need to put down?
