Covenant Presbyterian Church in Fayetteville, Ga., will host the Second Annual Lynn Wheeler Benefit Golf Tournament at Durham Lakes Golf and Country Club in Fairburn on Wednesday, Sept. 30.

Wheeler, along with her husband, Doug, is still an active member of Covenant, despite bouts with cancer and a spinal injury that left her in a wheel chair and on a respirator.

This year’s find-raiser will tee off at 1 p.m. at Durham Lakes. Single players are $85, four-member teams are $340. Donations are also accepted.
