Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty was No. 1 in Georgia and No. 6 nationally in mortgage volume in the end-of-year figures released by Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation.

The rankings for the full year which ended Dec. 31, 2005, were based on Coldwell Banker Bullard’s total loans closed through Coldwell Banker Mortgage/PHH Mortgage.

“We take pride in this mortgage loan relationship with the Coldwell Banker Mortgage/PHH Mortgage organization and the ability it provides us to offer a complete range of services to our home buyers,” said Steve Bullard, owner and president of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

The oldest and largest real estate company headquartered in the Metro South area of Atlanta and the largest Coldwell Banker franchise in Georgia, Coldwell Banker Bullard has offices in Jonesboro, Griffin, McDonough, Jackson, Peachtree City, Newnan, and Conyers, plus an affiliated company, Coldwell Banker American Land Mart, in Conyers. The company, founded in 1956 by the late Cliff Bullard, worked out a franchise agreement with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation a few years ago. Steve Bullard has been with the company for more than three decades.
