Dogwood Church to offer women’s Bible study classes

Dogwood Church, 975 Ga. Hwy. 74 South, Tyrone, will host several women’s Bible studies this fall. Sessions/groups will include:

• Mom to Mom, Thursday mornings, 9:30-11:30 a.m, begins Sept. 3. Fee: $55 paid at time of registration. Childcare (for birth through Pre-K): $50 per semester paid in September and again in January.

Women from diverse backgrounds and different churches throughout south Atlanta who are at various stages of parenting (from moms of babies to moms of young adults), and who share a common desire to grow as women and as mothers meet weekly to educate, encourage, and equip women for parenting.

• The Amazing Collection, Tuesday Mornings, 9:30-11:30 a.m., Sept. 15 - Nov. 17. Fee: $15 for workbook. Childcare is free (for birth through elementary) with pre-registration.

This class consists of a study of the Bible, book by book, designed especially for women. One book is studied each week through a large-group teaching video and small breakout groups. Includes a study of Romans through II Thessalonians, Paul’s letters to the churches.

• Covenant, A Precept In & Out Study, meets Tuesday evenings from 7 - 8:30 p.m. from Sept. 15 - Nov. 17. Fee: $23. Childcare is free (for birth through elementary) with pre-registration.

This group will study the thread running from Genesis through Revelation of Covenant.

• Esther: It’s Tough Being A Woman, meets Tuesday evenings from 7 - 8:30 p.m. , Sept. 15 - Nov. 17. Fee: $17. Childcare is free (for birth through elementary) with pre-registration.
