Mrs. Barbara MacPeek-Svetich of Leesburg, Fla. and C. Robert MacPeek of Buffalo, N.Y., announce the engagement of their daughter, Susan Courtney MacPeek, to Matthew Dylan Dunn, son of Tom and Diane Dunn of Peachtree City.

The bride-to-be received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and her master’s from the University of South Carolina. She is currently pursuing her doctorate from Central Florida and is the manager of credit programs for Valencia Community College.

The groom-elect is a 1999 graduate of McIntosh High School, a 2003 graduate of the University of Central Florida, and is currently employed as the senior art specialist by the University of Central Florida.

The wedding will take place on Friday, Sept. 4, 2009, in Winter Park, Fla.

The couple will reside in Orlando.
