Whitewater Creek hosted a neighborhood scavenger hunt, Aug. 5 to end their summer fun activities before school begins. The children collected all kinds of unusual items such as a stethoscope, McDonald’s hamburger wrappers, Chinese take out menus and a Braves foam Tomahawk. Teams also had a street name questionnaire to fill out, all for points. The winners were The Masked Raccoons; team captain Elizabeth Jowers, Devon Jackson, Quinn Hammond, driver Deana Jowers, along with Oliver, who was their mascot.
