Ann Hargraves of The Home Source Realtors Fayette office in Peachtree City now holds the Real Estate Owned (REO) designation following an intensive course of study and examination. Hargraves joins fewer than one percent of real estate licensees to have earned the designation.

As an REO specialist, she is uniquely qualified to work with bank and HUD properties to assist home buyers in the purchase process. In addition, Hargraves is trained to be an advisor to homeowners on how to avoid foreclosure. The designation is awarded by the American Real Estate University, a professional association comprised of real estate professionals and affiliates focused on real estate education.
