The Moonlight Ballroom Dance Club of LaGrange will host a Western themed dance for the public on Friday, August 14 at the LaFayette Christian School Gym at 1904 Hamilton Road in LaGrange. There will be a free pre-dance Western Two Step lesson by Wayne Foote at 7 p.m. for anyone who wants to come. On Saturday, Ladies on Spokes, a local women’s cycling club is celebrating it’s first anniversary with a bike ride on Saturday. Meet in the Harp’s Crossing Baptist Church parking lot at 8 a.m. for a ride to Lake Horton. A light breakfast will be served in the park.
