The agenda at Fayetteville Planning & Zoning meetings, like those in other area municipalities, has been largely dormant in past months due to the effects of the recession. But a small increase in proposed projects will heard at the Aug. 11 work session. Among those are development plans submitted by Fayette Pregnancy Resource Center.

Fayette Pregnancy Resource Center, currently located on Bethea Road off Ga. Highway 314, will present development plans for a center to be located at 360 Lanier Avenue.

Zoned C-2, the center is proposing to construct a 5,700 square-foot building on the .92-acre property.

Another set of proposed development plans will be presented by Dental One Associates for 410 N. Jeff Davis Drive. The proposed plans involve an addition to the building.

Also at the meeting, planning and zoning commissioners will hear a variance request and two special exception requests.
