Children aged 7 to 10 with an itch to perform will enjoy “Creating Characters,” a five-week class offered by the Tyrone Recreation Department beginning today.  The sessions will be held at the Roger Spencer Community Center, 145 Commerce Drive, in Tyrone. The class meets on Tuesdays from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. Invited guests will enjoy a demonstration at the last class meeting. The registration fee is $45.
