Elise Battle, age 11, daughter of Orlando and Sharon Battle of Fayetteville, has been selected to represent Georgia at the 2009 Miss American Preteen Pageant. Elise was selected from approximately 20 girls who competed at the Georgia Preteen Pageant in June. Elise was also recognized as the winner of the Academic Achievement contest and Speech contest.
