Arthur S. Gooch Sr., 75,McDonough, died July 8, 2009. Graveside services were at Camp Memorial Park, Fayetteville, with Pastor Donnie Skidmore officiating. Survivors include his wife, Gerry Gooch; sons, Timothy Gooch, McDonough, and Arthur Sherman Gooch Jr., Deltona, Fla.; daughters, Trudy Brannon and Deanna Nalley, both of Griffin, Mary Jo Scott, Henderson, Nev., Joy Lynn Ross, and Debbie Gooch; 16 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
