Col. Owen E. Radcliff, 84, United States Air Force, retired, Peachtree City, died Feb. 4, 2006. He was born Jan. 31, 1922 in Santa Rosa, Calif. Services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with full military honors. Survivors include his wife, Kitty Radcliff, Peachtree City; children, Gail Nelson, Austin, Texas, Jan and Ray Bates, Liberty Hill, Texas, Kim and Mike Smith, Lawton, Okla., and LeeAnne and Randall Ryan, Peachtree City; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a niece, Lura Smith, Norcross. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Peachtree City, was in charge.
