Taylor graduates with Master's Degree from M.I.T.

1st Lieutenant Christopher A. Taylor, son of Colonel (retired) Chip and Kim Taylor, Peachtree City, graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Boston with a Master's of Science Degree in Astronautics and Aeronautics Engineering on June 5, 2009.
 
Taylor, a 2007 honors graduate of the US Air Force Academy, and a 2003 graduate of McIntosh High School, completed his Master's Degree in a joint program through M.I.T. and Draper Laboratories.   His graduate thesis was on the "Optimal Gimbal Orientations and Vibration Frequencies for the Calibration of a Pendulous Integrating Gyroscopic Accelerometer".
 
1st Lt. Taylor will now report to Sheppard Air Force Base in Wichita Falls, Texas, to train as an Air Force pilot as part of the Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training program.
