Buddie Wayne Drew, 74, Fayetteville, died June 19, 2009. He was born Jan. 19, 1935, in Norborne, Mo. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Frank and Ethel Clancy Drew, and a brother, William J. B. Drew, of Roseville, Calif. He was graduated from Norborne High School in 1953. He had served in the United States Marines, and had worked for TWA and Delta Airlines. He had also served as a Boy Scout leader.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Catherine E. Olmstead Chase Drew, whom he married July 10, 1965 in Miami; a son, Michael Wayne Drew, Fayetteville; brothers, Larry Drew, Oklahoma City, Okla., Ronald and Cheryl Drew, Carrollton, Mo., Gary and Dorothy Drew, Norborne, Mo., Jerry and Raquel Drew, Circle Pines, Minn.; and a sister-in-law, Marian Drew, Florence, Ore. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
