Bertha Lou Stone, 103, College Park, died June 6, 2009. She was a faithful Christian who was devoted to her faith, her family, and her friends. Graveside services were at the College Park Cemetery with the Rev. Jerry Cross officiating. Survivors include a son, Roy M. and Virginia Stone Jr., Tyrone; granddaughters, Sandy Leath, Ball Ground, and Vicki Jermain, Griffin; great-grandchildren, Jason Leath, Ball Ground, Adam Leath, U.S. military stationed in Guam, Brandon and Carrie Guthrie, and Joel and Stephanie Guthrie, all of Fayetteville; and great-great-grandchildren, Justin Leath and Elly Guthrie. Parrott Funeral Home, Fairburn, was in charge.
