Mr. and Mrs. William G. Henis of Lawrenceville announce the upcoming wedding of their daughter, Allison Marie Henis, to Brian Charles Childers, son of retired Col. Charles D. and Karen L. Childers of Fayetteville.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Brookwood High School and Georgia State University where she received a degree in psychology. She is employed as a special education teacher at Austell Primary School.

The groom-elect is a graduate of Gar-Field High School in Woodbridge, Va. and Georgia State University where he received a degree in psychology. He is employed as a manager for ARAMARK at Turner Field in Atlanta.

The wedding will be at Anthony’s in Atlanta on Saturday, June 20, 2009. The couple will reside in Smyrna.
