Coming in July, we will be hosting a summer camp through The Camp Action Project. Camp Action will be a 5 day experience in a safe and fun environment, where kids will have fun, make new friends and learn new things. We seek to serve the youth in our community who are in foster care, single parent homes and at risk as well as underprivileged children. These kids will have the opportunity to go to a camp that encourages and develops unity, teamwork, leadership, mentorship, friendship and spirituality.

Camp Action will be absolutely free of cost for the kids we seek to serve, because they might not otherwise have a chance to go to summer camp for whatever reason. As a result, we have many financial costs that need to be covered, such as t-shirts, supplies, crafts, awards and trophies. To help cover the costs associated with running Camp Action, we are raising money by having a Kick-A-Thon!

To sponsor a Martial Artist, you only need to pledge whatever amount you’d like, for every kick that the Martial Artist will throw in a one minute period. For example, if you pledge $1.00 per kick and the Martial Artist throws 30 kicks in one minute, then the Martial Artist would come back to you and collect $30.00. All money collected goes directly to The Camp Action Project to be able to fund the summer camp.

If you would prefer to give an up-front donation for the Kick-A-Thon, that will be greatly accepted. We will accept cash and checks. Please make out checks to “The Camp Action Project”.

Your help will allow us to serve and bless these children. By sponsoring one or more of our Martial Artists, you will play a tremendous role in helping to put a smile on the face of a camper.
