Mr. and Dr. Charles Ware, Jr. of Jonesboro and Mr. and Mrs. John McMurry of Fayetteville announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Lauren Ware, to Charles Edward Parrish III, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Parrish Jr. of Savannah.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of The Georgia Institute of Technology where she earned a bachelor of science degree in psychology.

The groom-to-be is a graduate of The Georgia Institute of Technology where he earned a bachelor of science degree in management.

The couple will be married Oct. 24, 2009, at All Saints’ Episcopal Church in Atlanta.
